Awesome place to stay. Very conveniently located 15 minutes from Christchurch airport and there's plenty of dinning options in Kaiapoi, all within 5 minute drive. The kitchenette is a stand out feature of these rooms. Great service from the owners as well. Will definitely stay here again

This is a wonderful spot and easy to access. The owner if friendly and very helpful.

We were in the front unit near main road so some traffic noise, it ok as we were getting going early anyway. The shower was curtained but thay may be as the unit was for wheelchair access. It was very clean comfortable, roomy and nicely decorated

Smooth easy stay

Pretty decent kitchen set up. Comforter was visibly stained as was carpeting. Windows were open upon arrival and other guests were outside smoking; room smelled smokey. When we asked owner/manager about this he stated "You don't smell smoke in the room, we don't allow smoking in the room." I'm not a physicist but am pretty certain that smoke is entering the room through the open windows 2 meters away. Overall, it was ok but I would not stay here again.

A modern set of studio units. Spotlessly clean, very roomy, extremely well equipped. The walk in shower is lovely, but may cause a bit of anguish for older guests, as it's a tile floor. I'd suggest putting a towel down if you're concerned about slipping. Apart from that it's a lovely place, and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again !

Booked last-minute stopover just a few hours before check-in, we weren’t disappointed. So nice to stay in a spacious, near-new room rather than cruddy, dated motel like most. Concrete block design eliminates noise from neighbours (again, a very welcome change). Also really enjoyed The Pines Beach. We would def come again.

Location was great for us but downfall is that it is right to the main street and it’s really noisy with all the cars passing by.

Great location, nice clean modern rooms, could do with aircon or fans for summer stays as you have to leave windows open at the top which brings in a bit of road noise. But we have stayed here twice now and would recommend it!!

Excellent location for the Airport. Less than 20 minutes drive with good choice of places to eat
