Muy bonito muy limpio cerca de restaurants , cruzando la calle está un minimarker el staff muy amable. El desayuno muy rico también. Muy recomendable

I love how the bungalows were so in tune and balanced with nature. Right next to a restaurant, we had a free breakfast that was amazing. Amazing place if you don't mind the rain, which is everywhere in the rainy season. Because its warm, it feels nice. There was only 10 bungalows, so pretty small hotel, but high qiality and really nice staff. If I was to complain is that we had cold water in our shower the last day, but every other day was really good and the ac worked well as long as you dont blast it 24/7. Mostly old technology at most hotels in Costa Rica. So I doubt its too much different unless you're at the high end hotels which I don't really think its worth paying for. Anyways, its in the middle of the town and really good restaurants, markets, laundry service and near all the tour activities. Highly recommend.

The grounds were beautiful, and the office staff was very friendly and responsive. The breakfast options (included with the stay) were tasty. The Internet was out for 3 days of our 5 day stay, but that was due to the storms in the area - not the fault of the property or staff. It was just frustrating. The parking area was very congested because the guests were pretty dumb about leaving their vehicles all over in random spots and don't know how to park. This is also because of the of layout of the lot and no designation of spaces. The beds were a little firm for one of our party.

We absolutely loved our stay at Atenal History Inn. The location is very convenient. The place had so much to offer like the serene greenery, birds, and we even got to see a sloth on the tree. The view of the volcano from the tree was phenomenal. The staff were very friendly and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning. We liked the privacy of our cabana. Its a very family and children friendly place to stay.

Staff was very welcoming and always friendly and attentive. Made us feel very comfortable and welcomed.

The staff was absolutely amazing. From the personnel in the office to the restaurant onsite.

Cute bungalows that are set back from the road and quiet. They are close to plenty of restaurants, and a few minute drive from downtown la fortuna. Restaurant on site! Loved it!

Good location, clean adequate room.

We stay 4 nights at the hotel. Rooms are very confy and clean. Hotel is strategically positioned close to restaurants, hot Springs, town and hikings. Staff is very kind and attentive. Breakfast very enjoyable!

Everyone was helpful & friendly. Rooms were large and beds & pillow great.

Perfect and clean and nice people

Loved that we had our own little cabin, they cleaned when we needed them to, had a beautiful pool and folage and birds everywhere. Breakfast was good and staff were great,

Surprising little retreat off the main Fortuna artery. Lovely unit. Amazing staff and a fabulous restaurant. We had a really delicious dinner! Gracias❤️

As described. Basic. Great breakfast. Really noisy when it rains.

Gem of a property hiding behind ruta 702 at Lafortuna. Room was big enough. Only problem we faced was with the shower. They don't know how to regulate hot and cold water. It is either hot or cold. Nothing in the middle. Tall roof gives the feel of roominess. Roof is wood and has a rich feel.

We really enjoyed our stay here for 3 nights. The hotel is in an excellent location close to restaurants and very easy to get to the volcano hike using Uber or a car. The room was very clean and spacious with everything you would need. The hotel garden is really nice and you can see various wildlife. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. There are plenty of restaurants near the hotel so dinner was never an issue. Great alternative to staying in La Fortuna. We would stay here again. Thank you!
