The TV did not work. I am a handiicaped person and the only response was change rooms. I wasnt able to do this.this.wacochange rooms.

I booked and paid for a double queen room, upon arrival(at 10pm) they gave me a room with a king bed only and had no other rooms available( not even a roll away as they don’t have any at this location-seriously?). I even called a few days before to confirm and was told I would be on the second floor and even given the room number! Was told by management the next morning because I booked a third-party instead of booking through Hampton themselves there’s no guarantee of what I get. I paid for a double( which was more $$)and got a single. I’ve never had this issue ever booking via Expedia or hotels.com. Needless to say one of us slept on a chair with an ottoman and the other one slept in a bed. The 2 other hotels in the area were booked so we had no choice but to stay.. the overnight front desk staff could not resolve the problem so were SOL!

Hampton could NOT retrieve my reservation and REFUSED to sell me a room!! Expedia charged my card & has NOT refunded my money. I AM NOT PLEASED WITH EITHER COMPANY AND WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN PLUS I WILL TELL EVERYONE NOT TO USE THEM

Over all great! The breakfast was delicious, had so many choices.

Good hot breakfast with good variety. Quiet rooms. Convenient to interstate. Would stay again.

Clean and comfortable, their was street audible street noise during the night from our room.

Well I never use the room because I had the wrong day and Expedia refused to refund my money to my credit card the worst company I had to deal with never will use them again.

Staff and property was great. However after dealing with Expedia, who, had the wrong date, charged an additional fee to change to correct day 29th Instead of 30th and said, as well as emailed, myself that it was corrected, did not send the change to hotel which resulted in paying an additional $300 to stay the one night for a baseball tournament. Leaving the 30th charges open. Approximately $600 to stay one night. Never using Expedia again.

This venue filled my needs at the time. I needed somewhere safe and comfortable to spend a couple of nights
