Muy agusto

Room smelled like someone smoked for a week. They would not give me another room. They said: talk to Expedia.They never answer the phone to the Expedia representative, they would not give me another room, because they do not have any availble. I went to Expedia and rented another one. The front desk person is very rude, do not stay here. Parking lot is very small and if you leave another car behind yours you may have to wait for hours before they find out who owns the vehicle. You may lose your flight not a good place to stay.

Everything about the hotel was great. And i have stood there before so its one of my favorites until our unit wasnt available upon check in time. The first girl tht was going to check us in was amazeingly friendly and sweet, but we knew we were too early for check in so we decided to wait in lobby. Then the sweet first girl was off im assumeing because another one checked in... and thts when check in time turned awul. She was rude, bitter to speak to,and just plain awful. She made us wait evdn AFTER check in time knowing we needed our room so we can rest because we had to leave early sunday morning. She actually told us as soon as ur room is ready,ill call u up here to desk. ( mind u, we were in front of her face in lobby the whole time) she never called us. Until about 3:20 i just wdnt up and the gentlemen there gave us our room even tho she was still just there with awful attitude. Too bad i didnt get her name but to the hotel management, watch who u hire please tht girl had the worst customer service i had experienced there and i really like the hotel. It is amazeingly comfortable to sray there!!

I did not like that there was no free coffee or coffee machine in rooms

Secure and quiet area

Rooms need to be updated. My room specifically bathroom sink was crack also tile in shower was cracked must have been from earthquakes. Noticed that floors were wet from people using pool. Maybe have absorbed mats around entrance for safety.

*A/c in the room was too noisy *parking is very limited ni Space and my vehicle received some scratches on sides from other vehicles do to the parking space size * staff is very polite and friendly * NOTICE: do NOT attempt to cross street walking to go to the shopping center across the street from the hotel to dangerous They should build a walkway bridge like the one going to the Walmart located at the north side of the block
