The Guest House was fantastic. The road leading up to the guest house left you doubting how the guest house would be. However, the guest house itself along with the staff and the facilities are exceptional. Very nicely kept, great sized rooms and great breakfast options in the morning make this a perfect stay option. It is a little bit of a distance from the Medina, but it was so peaceful and the views were exceptional. Overall A+++ experience.

Very nice Riad and excellent staff. We stayed there for 1 night and thanks to the staff in front desk who was extremely helpful and professional. He also served the breakfast and helped us to go around the blue city. The Riad is OK and about 8 mins drive to Medina. Room was OK also and a bit cold.

We expected to be closer to city centre. Also, the rooms don’t have enough sun light, it felt dark.

Breakfast was amazing. The staff were very nice (2 guys). Nice rooms, was not too far from town (by car). After going through Casa and Rabat, we needed a place like this to calm down.

We had a fantastic stay. The room was comfortable, the breakfast great, and the service fantastic. It's a short can ride from the medina and in a very quiet neighborhood. Definitely would recommend this place to other travelers.

We had a lovely stay. Quiet neighborhood with parking right out front. Easy access to the Medina - the staff arranged a taxi for us which showed up within minutes. Breakfast was the best we've had on our entire trip. Staff were lovely, gracious, took care of us, helped me with laundry, gave us advice. Beautiful rooftop to enjoy tea and breakfast. Rooms are big and comfortable. Amazing hot shower. Slippers in the room were a great touch.

Except breakfast, drinks & food are pricy. Tajines are too small and barely feed 1 single person. Towel and paper toilette R below average. Property inside is good, staff are friendly and respectful.

The place was under renovation and there were workers everywhere. It smelled of paint and varnish, there was nobody else there…except a stranger on my second night who slept in the room across from mine and woke me up at 5:30 am. It was frightening. Nobody should have been there during this time. If I could get my money back, I would.

The place was spacious, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The breakfast at the rooftop was delicious, Osama was very helpful and kind. My complaints are the master bedroom’s bathroom smells awful like sewer, the shower didn’t drain well. I didn’t sleep in the room because of the foul smell, it was giving us a headache. It’s a safety issue for our health, please fix it. The pillows and bed was also too firm.

trip. We were provided amazing service and care throughout our stay. Rooms are clean and spacious. The pool area was perfect for a quick dip and to refresh. And....our favorite part...the breakfast! This was probably the best breakfast we had during our journey through Morocco. We had a terrific spread on the rooftop with great views. True, Villa Rita is not in the medina. But, it is close enough. We had a car so it really didn't matter. Either way, we would highly recommend Villa Rita. A very, VERY memorable experience!

In a very local area & can seem deceiving from outside. The family room was good, though the a/c can only be used at night. Breakfast was good.

I visited Villa Rita with 4 other girls, and we had an amazing time. We got delayed on our drive and arrived after 4am, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We got a 2 bedroom apartment for a cap of 6 but it was huge, could easily fit 10 people there! The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The staff prepared a late (and delicious) breakfast to give us time to rest after our long drive. I will definitely stay here again!

This is a private bed/breakfast type of property. Really cute. Well maintained. The staff is very helpful and responsive. They serve an awesome breakfast. The terrace has a nice setup for coffee or tea and to just hang out. We really enjoyed our stay there. I highly recommend this property for those visiting the Blue City, which incidentally is an awesome place to see.

Fouad was amazing and went above and beyond. The hotel is located further away so it was a bit of trek getting places. No one really knew were the villa was so it took us awhile to find it. The room is nice but a little stinky and uncomfortable.
