The staff was SO sweet

Lovely beach front property with great staff, very friendly and helpful. We loved the decor of the hotel and room, very modern and obviously newly refurbished. The location is ideal for the beach and Marina area, and once you understand it, there are regular buses and Metros into Valencia centre, although I recommend working out a strategy before attempting as winging it is challenging and we wasted time getting on/off the wrong transport. Central Valencia is a good 30mins away, late taxis cost around €16. All in all the hotel was good, and we would stay again

Nice clean room helpful man on the desk . Breakfast is basic but nice and says free breakfast included, parking for free on the road felt a safe area .

Very good location, very close to the beach with lots of dining options nearby. Room cleanliness was questionable and had bad smells, including cigarette smells all over the hotel. Breakfast was ok, but with a very limited time window.

The property is AMAZING on the beach side (although it looks pretty sketchy on the front side) - be sure to get a beach view if you can… it was gorgeous!

Good but club music played till 5 am every night

It was too noisy. You are paying for the view. Nothing else.

Room was over the top nice better then I expected . Great location close to beach and restaurants abound . Staff was very helpful and rooftop pool and bar had great service.

Room was a bit dark, but was clean and modern. Staff were great, very help.

The rooms are extremely small and the beds are very hard, although the view was beautiful and the staff was very nice. If you are here to party and stay out until 4 am then this might be the place for you. Otherwise if you want to sleep around midnight…good luck. The noise from the surrounding clubs and the fireworks at 3 am every night made it nearly impossible.

Great little hotel! Clean, simple, and right on the beach.

This hotel is a bit small but very well managed and maintained. The rooms are clean and maintained daily. It is centered in the heart of the Las Arenas beach and boardwalk and a 10 minute walk to the port and marina. The bar/restaurant has the second best dinner and late night crowds. I extended my stay three days and will recommend it ya everyone.

The music was very loud and went to 4AM every night and impossible to sleep.

Property was ok, not worth the price they ask. But if you want to be close to the beach it's ok. The staff was very friendly and the bar is ok. Area is just ugly though, have a bunch of thugs outside harassing people for money when they point at an empty spot. Local cops are also worthless, they prey on tourists instead of the local thugs. Beach is clean but definitely lots of trash in the water. Hotel is clean but it needs a little tlc.

The owner of this hotel is a very lucky man. He has as his manager a man called Khalid. As a former flight stewardess and lately a hotel inspector I have met many mangers but none so kind and full of grace as Khalid is. He made our stay a joy, thank you Khalid.
