When we arrived at the hotel my husband was not well with stomach problems.The receptionist was so helpful and kind and ordered a pizza for us to be delivered to the hôtel só we would not have to go out to eat.The restaurant in the hotel,is closed over the weekend. He was so kind in every way and we had a pleasant stay there…many thanks to his attitude towards us

We were driving from Bordeaux to Frankfurt and chose this hotel from Expedia’s site on a Friday because it had onsite parking and a restaurant. After checking in the receptionist told us (a) the hotel’s parking area was not safe so we should not leave any bags in the car and (b) the restaurant was closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday ! We couldn’t get a refund but we found another hotel a few kms away with a secure parking lot and two restaurants, so we relocated.

Very good breakfast and foyer/lounge area. Rooms were small. It's an easy walking distance to the main part of town.

Manque de confiance du personnel d'accueil qui vous réclame une empreinte de votre cb en cas de dégradation du matériel de la chambre alors qu'aucun état des lieux n'est fait ni à l'entrée,ni ala sortie du client.Restaurant de l'hôtel fermé le dimanche alors que le centre commercial à côté est fermé.De plus parking de l'hôtel ne fermant pas contrairement à ce qui figure dans le descriptif de l'hôtel.Climatisation inexistante ! Seule chose valable le petit déjeuner reapprovisionne et le lit confortable.

L'hôtel est bien situé, le personnel sympathique et le petit-déjeuner buffet est excellent.

Chambre moderne très confortable. Hall d'accueil joliment agencé. Hôtel à 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville, à proximité immédiate d'un centre commercial.

l'hotel m'a changé de chambre suite à un problème technique pour l'utilisation d'une machine contre les apnées du sommeil, et la nouvelle etait parfaite. accueil, service, écoute du client ! rien a ajouter le restaurant est bon et d'un bon rapport qualité prix.
