The access to the hotel was blocked by construction crews. Horrible experience

Wifi was spotty. Hotel did not have adapter for North American power source.

The best of all is the staffs all very friendly food always fresh . The lady that clean my room everyday her name is Neide , she was amazing very kind and helpful person. I was recovering from a surgery and she made sure everyday I had what I need .

This property is horrible at addressing guest requests. Prior to my arrival I reached out to them many times with no response. I did not at all feel valued as a customer. A property should never ignore guest inquiries or issues.

Hotel is ok for staying the night in SP. Close to bars, restaurants and to the Park. Service is ok... despite the fact that we reserved with anticipation the check in process was extremely long and chaotic (almost 45 min to check in 4 people in different rooms).

Front staff were extremely rude toward me as a tourist. They talked very impolite way couple of times.

Ibis standard is good. Parking is very expensive.

A obra na reunião da Av Santo Amaro é executada a noite e o barulho é um problema. Além da logistica pra chegar ao hotel a noite. Ruas bloqueadas.

O café da manhã é bom no geral, porém os ovos mexidos estavam com cheiro muito estranho e o café coado tinha pó, isso deixou muito a desejar, um ponto extremamente negativo é em relação às camareiras, conversa alta e muito barulho na hora da limpeza, foram que foram bater na porta para ver se havia gente, o que atrapalhou em muito a qualidade no meu sono na minha estadia, pois precisava dormir até mais tarde devido a uma viagem de madrugada e não consegui descansar para poder continuar dirigindo na estrada, falta organização nesse aspecto. Outro ponto é a tv, quem a fixou não tem a mínima noção de ergonomia, impossível assistir deitado.
