The hotel is close to the subway and busway stations, close to facilities such as CU, Olive Young, Daiso, and places to eat, the staff are friendly and very helpful, I did an early check in, and the process was fast, of course for early check in there is a fee of around 11,000 won / hour, but I think it's worth it, I can clean up and rest for a while, before continuing my activities that day.. Everything is good. I did not take the breakfast facility, because my activities in the morning were a bit earlier.
