Yes a very nice place to stay right in the middle of the center of town , Everything so close a five minute walj to Everything wiyld definitely stay here again .Staff very helpful clean room no complaints.

Hotel is nice, clean, kind personnel and right at the city historic center…with lots of restaurants to choose from.

The beds super comfy. I stay at this Hotel every time I visit SLP. Is in the middle of downtown within walking distance to beautiful shopping stores and streets

Great location. Buena localidad. Front desk ladies were very helpful getting taxis.

Overall great stay. Convenient that parking garage is across the street. Central to the main plazas and near the cathedral.

Rooms are good, price is right but if you are driving, the parking lot is too small.

The hotel overall was in good condition & location was excellent. Service was average. We had to switch rooms at 1:30 am because the air conditioning started making noise as loud as a motorcycle. Our second room had a flooded bathroom upon check in, the moved my bother in law to another room. He never had hot water during his entire stay despite stopping by the front desk multiple times. Both new rooms were smaller than original ones.
