Beautiful large room, and we were greeted with champagne and chocolates. Jacuzzi was the perfect temperature and so relaxing. Breakfast was pretty varied although last time we visited there were many more options. When we entered the room it wasn't the cleanest. Some coffee stains on furniture so just didn't have that fresh feel.

Really nice hotel, perfect for a short getaway from Warsaw. A lot of attractions for kids, comfortable rooms, good breakfast.

No bottle of sparkling wine mentioned on Expedia for VIP member. Hotel provided a fruit plate instead which we did not really need as we had our own since we were to receive a different perk

When you think about the rest and relaxation after hard work by water and beautiful nature this hotel is one of your best choice.Situated among trees and only 1 h away from Warsaw. Great food,helpful and smiling staff,nice rooms and amazing SPA experience. Hotel is huge but feels cozy. Highly recommended

All spa treatments were wonderful. During stay we did new booking for summer.

We had a wonderful stay at Narvil. Fantastic room, clean, quiet, superb views. Waking up to the sound of birds singing every morning- it doesn’t get better than that! The spa facilities are great. Again, incredibly clean and well maintained. The massage was excellent. The service was a bit patchy in the restaurant but all other areas ( reception, bar area, spa reception) were great! Helpful and very welcoming staff. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Hotel is nice, reception staff is not very helpful nor knowledgeable. Jacuzzi is large and breakfast was very good. Cleaning can get better. Wifi and aircon didn't work in the room

Whole stay was very pleasant, but an a la carte restaurant is highly overrated. I didn’t like it at all. The hotel surroundings and pool area are great and relaxing.

A beautiful property with gorgeous surroundings! Great pool! EXCELLENT customer service in every area in the hotel. SUPER FUN BAR in the lobby! GREAT breakfast and DELICIOUS food at the restaurant .I would definitely come back!!!:)

A pleasant stay in the middle of the woods, next to the river. Superb bedroom, ultra-clean, great indoor swimming pool with tall glass walls feeling like swimming in the forest. Very green area, pleasant staff. Food could be better: we came on Mon-Wed so the main restaurant was closed, only the breakfast buffet and the garden restaurant were accessible. Garden restaurant has decent food but doesn’t deserve much attention for the price. Breakfast is quite basic, however it’s free. Enjoy the vicinities, the environment, and go out to eat. Car needed.
