1-10 You got 5 from me I like the facility but must more improve about loyalty of customer service.

Not recommended. The photo shows a balcony, when I checked-in and entered the room it turned out that it didn't have a balcony. There are insects in the cooking water flask. the chair is broken.

Poor service staff Rude speech Must wait for a housekeeper to clean every day Some days do not come to clean

everything is fine but the staffs are always in bad mood.

I. Got the worst stay in this apartment.. Staff was not friendly.. Cant' detect my booking. Rooms are dirty.. Nothing works in room. Book 4 nights.. Check out after the first day.. Horrible experience

This hotel has a good location, but they need to improve their service.

It’s a new place but feels like a very run out venue, the staff do not speak English and only mandarin, are not motivated and seem very frustrated. U walk right into a hotel with heavy construction.
