We loved the view and the amenities. The cleanliness was good but did have some areas for improvement. We did find a few hairs in our sheets which was unsettling.

Overall this property wasn't worth the money spent. I compiled a list of the issues to properly review this condo so that others may not make the same mistake as us. 1. When we arrived at check-in we had to wait for "Panhandle Getaways" to send us an email to agree to terms of a lease which we found out by not being able to check-in or get the key code for the room. Then was told I had been sent the email previously and didn't sign it which wasn't the truth! When my wife finally got the code the lady from Panhandle Getaways was very rude doing so. Now take in effect we are a family of 6 with a 3,6,9,&12-year-old kids that drove 7 hours for our great family vacation... 2. When checking in you get no help from the front desk or any other time being they (Resort Quest) doesn't rent that property. No extra towels NOTHING! ZERO! 3. NO ARCADE like described. 4. Beach chairs aren't included so you only can get the second row back, so no great beach view at the beach. 5. The condo is smaller then it looks in the pictures. 6. The condo isn't as nice as it appears the pictures, very cheaply undated cover-up paint very old smelling, etc... 7. The front door frame looked like it had been kicked in recently. 8. Not many towels for the number of days and people. Washing for 4 bucks every day at an open door laundry room on the 5th floor with 1 washer and 1 dryer. 9. The worst sofa bed mattress I've ever seen, my poor kids got no rest... 10. Roaches on the balcony at night.

I booked this room through Expedia. Once checking into the room there could be absolutely no communication in regards to this room with SunDestin until Expedia released the room for check in at 4pm. Upon 4:00 Expedia said SunDestin would have the keys and SunDestin said Expedia provides us with a code. We were there for only one night and it was after 5:30 when we could actually access the room. Not to mention the embarrassment of having to sit and wait with my guest and noone knew what to do. We were told to go sit and drink in the bar while this issue was resolved. It ended up being a mis communication between Expedia and Sun Destin. The least that could have been offered was our bar tab taken care of for the inconvenience they caused us. Not to mention we spent 100.00 more by booking it through Expedia.

Our room was dated and needed cleaning upon arrival. The view is exceptionally beautiful and the beach is perfect!
