Great location! Cool property. Great views from the balcony. AIR CONDITIONING!!! Best part though were the people managing it. They were friendly, helpful, communicative, and a joy to work with. I would recommend it to anyone!

We had a wonderful stay at Quartprimera Apartments. The apartment was beautiful and well taken care of (we stayed at the 3 bedroom penthouse). The staff was very responsive and helpful from initial booking and throughout our stay. They definitely started our trip off well!

Quite disappointed in the property for the price paid. Communication poor; restaurant coupons invalid since restaurant wasn’t even open! Emails were sent that were not what was discussed as far as check out & help with luggage & deposits.

This is a lovely apartment but it's important to know what you are getting. There are limited before check in and after check out resources such a storage of luggage. The elevator is tiny and a lot of luggage can be really hard to manage. You have to remove and dispose of your garbage and recyclables and take them across the street to the appropriate city bins. There is also a limited towel supply so use judiciously or bring some of your own. With these things in mind, it is otherwise an incredible location with a hop on hop off bus steps away. The people are very accommodating and friendly.

Be aware of different days prices, the 3rd day was twice higher in price, which was not nice. We stayed beginning of June and they knew it was construction next apt. and they never mentioned that. For the amount we paid we can find same quality without waking up at 8 am every day with loud noises next door. The location is great , very close to most sightseeing. The other thing is you have to clean up trash after yourself before leaving otherwise they gonna charge you extra. And the question is “what are the cleaning fees made for?”

Thanks. Great stay. Excellent views. Loved the surrounding shops, architecture, and restaurants. Wish we had more time to visit more attractions at a leisurely pace. Only problems were kids jumping around upstairs late into the night, the construction starting at the crack of down creating noise and vibrations from banging against bedroom walls, and bed mattresses were so hard it was like sleeping on the floor.

This was a three bedroom apt in the best location in Barcelona. The building was older, but well maintained. If you stay here, you’ll enjoy the unique charm of the building with comfortable amenities. With that said, we ran into a few issues. The second bedroom lacked ventilation. There was construction outside (which we were not made aware of prior to our stay) and the smell had seeped into the room and remained there for the duration of the trip. Before arriving at the apartment we received an invoice for taxes that referenced Expedia booking - it’s a good thing that we did not pay and contacted the property through Expedia so not sure how secure their system is as this has never happened before. Lastly, the driver that picked us up was very friendly but we realized we were over charged for the transfer from the airport- it’s cheaper to just grab an Uber. Would consider staying there again!

The apartments are ample and the location is perfect. A few meters from Paseo de Gracia and all the bars and restaurants from Gracia at your reach. 20 min walk from Sagrada Famila and the stop for the bus to the Barceloneta is near by... perfect! (and the cute elevator is a bonus!)

The location is perfect--you can walk almost anywhere, it's a nice safe neighborhood, and the metro is close by. Plenty of room for our family of 4 with comfortable beds and fully functional kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine. The property manager was very helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic stay for 9 days. We had our 1 yr old and 11 yr old and the apartment was just right. We really enjoyed having the balcony with a beautiful view of the town. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and we enjoyed a couple home cooked meals during our stay. The location is conveniently located to the metro, major shopping and a grocery store (24hr) at the corner. Will definitely stay here again during our next visit.

Overall, I would definitely stay at Quartprimera apartments again! There are a lot of pros to our stay here. The first thing I look for in a hotel/apt is the location. Quartprimera is located on the same square block as Casa Mila, right off the street of Passeig de Gracia. Thus, it was convenient to walk to the Old Town (around 20 minutes), take the metro (the station is literally less than a block away!), and walk around Passeig de Gracia/Diagonal where Gaudi's houses are. There are plenty of places to get food nearby: restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores. We went when the Catalan riots were happening and we still felt very safe while inside the building. Very quiet/peaceful. The other things I look for are cleanliness, comfort, and spaciousness. The apartment was definitely clean (no bedbugs, rust spots, stains, dust, etc). We stayed in the penthouse apartment which comfortably fit three adults. It had two bedrooms (two beds total), one bathroom, and a very spacious living area/kitchen, all stocked with amenities (towels, shampoo and body wash, tea bags, cooking equipment/supplies). The washing machine was located outside on the rooftop patio, where you can see Casa Mila across the block. The only con is that mosquitoes would fly in through the windows when we wanted fresh air. I realize that window screens aren't really a thing in Europe and the air conditioning worked fine, but perhaps they can install them so that the air circulation could be better.

Fantastic location!! We only stayed here one night before we left for a beach town 2 hours away, but I wished we would have stayed longer! We had a spacious 3 bedroom and each of our 3 kids had their own bed -- very important after a day of traveling and a 7 hour flight. The elevator is typical for Europe -- small and old. The property could have used some upgrades, but very quirky. Would LOVE to stay here again. Staff was friendly.

This property was everything they said. It was next to the metro and La Pedrera. The apartment was fully equipped with toiletries, dish soap and even laundry detergent. Extremely happy with this apartment. Will book again on our next trip to Barcelona.
