Very good location within walking distance of cathedral and historical churches and museum

Hotel San Luis is my favorite place to stay in San Cristobal de Las Casas. It provides great value for the money.

I been here several times and still want to do it, all is quiet and clean and for the area the price is good for my bag

Unfortunately the conditions of the rooms are not optimal as walls are dirty, tv didn't work and lighting in the room was poor. The main hall as you enter the building is lovely and very bohemian though, shame the condition of the rooms are not good.

Area close to city center ,nice restaurants,churches.

I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. The location is very good, around a 7 minute walk to the centre. It's almost accross from the Ambar Museum, close drive to the ADO bus terminal. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable.

Very comfortable here. The only complaint would be that you can hear clearly from other rooms, the talking and especially in the halls. Talked to the owners about loud voices in hall at 3 in the am two knights, she looked into it and the last night was quiet at that time.🙂

We have stayed here 5 or 6 years ago. We were happy with our stay then and now. The owners were very acvomodating a knoledgable of the area. We started with 3 nights and are now on 5th and 6th

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. Only gave four stars because noise from neighboring rooms was an issue, and water pressure on the sink was low.

A great place to stay especially for budget conscious travelers. It is within a few blocks of the major attractions, super close to great restaurants and the service level is excellent.

Stayed An extra week , for the comfort of the hotel and the city. Will stay here again.

Great service and great location

Friendly staff, clean, wifi excellent, price. Only thing i should have done my homework is that check the temperature or weather before i left home; i was cold at night.

I really enjoyed the hotel is 3 blocks away from San Cristóbal city center. Small yet really comfortable. Cleanliness is excellent.

The Hotel San Luis is clean, comfortable, and close to the center of the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Susana speaks excellent English and can help you with places and things to do nearby.

Nice place to stay, very quiet and comfortable beds. Bath very clean and hot water. Had an issue with the hot water though, it did not last for all four of us. Restaurants and shops at a walkable distance.

It was an easy check in and out. Close to the most interested areas.
