Excellent staff, breakfast - ideal for a couple of nights

Other than the mattress being a bit softer than I like, this hotel and restaurant are very good. The food is varied and imaginative. The staff are very friendly, helpful and superbly organised.

Nice room with sea view, very friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast. Small bathroom with v small basin & no shelf so nowhere to put toiletries, make up etc. I thought 9.30 was a bit early for the end of breakfast on a Saturday & Sunday, & 10.30 v early for check out. this could be because it's a pub rather than a hotel so need to clear the bar area (which is lovely)

Our rooms were clean and very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend it.

The staff were very helpful and cheerful whist working. Breakfast, a variety of cereals, fruit ,yogurt and cooked foods.

Staff courteous and friendly. Food and breakfast excellent. Room clean but half empty bottle of water left in room and carpet had two iron burn marks on floor. Also heating was off in room so very cold until we turned it on. Great view of front and comfy bed.
