The experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The receptionist was unnecessarily rude and made me uncomfortable by asking intrusive and inappropriate questions during check-in. The attitude was completely unprofessional and made an already unpleasant experience even worse. To make matters worse, the room was not properly cleaned and the overall hygiene was far below acceptable standards. For the price paid, I expected basic cleanliness and professional treatment, but unfortunately, neither was provided. I would not recommend this hotel and would definitely not stay here again.

Hotel looks so expensive,star catagory from out side..We booked it for 4 days @3700+ from Make my trip.. As two of are photographer, travelled to cover Ganpati visarjan, we chose this hotel ,which is walkable distance from the beach. Charni road station is 5 min away.. Location is prime, but bad news for non veg lovers as their are mostly all veg outlets around.. Hotel was booked 1-2 month prior, full payment was made a week before. I called them twice in between for 2 seperate single bed , though both being a lady we were almost stranger.. But they didn't do that . . A very small room was given as super delux room, no window, though clean. . But no electric kettle, tea coffee kit.. But I always carry my kit , but I requested them to provide kettle but they didn't give us. But the staffs were really good,they somehow served us 2 glass of hoy water before their buffet / kitchen opened for guests at 8pm. AC was not working,they didn't pay heed.. We extended our stay for 1 day. Last day they realised AC is not working so at 10-30 pm when we returned from local tour they asked us to change the room just for 11 hrs. Last day senior managers in reception was bit friendly,but past 4 days they were so serious and formal .. Buffet breakfast was very average but I love their Idli and chutney,upma.. Dishes were almost similar everyday. . Juice they were serving was rasna, that's disappointing.. One day missed our breakfast as we went to shoot Ganpati immersion at 7:30 am.. Couldn't return on time they didn't gave a complimentary beverage or snacks for that.

This is a hotel where you pay and feel like beggers. Staff is very very rude. I am out of words for rude, rooms are small as per the price and it feels you are in a kinda jail. Atmosphere is too tense and just fouls the mood if you are on a holiday. Please check other better options if they are a bit (300-500 INR) costly because a spoiled mood is a spoiled vacation.

Ugh, we booked that hotel online for two nights because it was close to Marine Drive. Honestly, that's the only good thing about it. They had a restaurant menu, so we ordered lunch. But seriously, the staff made such a fuss over a simple lunch, I can't even explain. And get this, the rooms reeked of mold. I've got pictures. When we booked on MakeMyTrip, it said a fridge and minibar were included, but there was nothing. Just a tiny, smelly room. If you ever stay there, definitely skip the breakfast. We even found a cockroach on the puri boxes, and the supervisor was actually defending it! We paid for two days of breakfast and couldn't eat a single meal. They served cold puri with dry potatoes, idli without sambar, and super ripe bananas. Every single dish was just awful. I have no idea how they're still in business. Just a heads-up, seriously.

Avoid this hotel. The property is nothing like the photos shown online. The rooms are old, dirty, and poorly maintained. The staff are rude and unprofessional, making the experience even worse. Very disappointing stay and definitely not worth the money. Would not recommend.
