Service was very helpful, but the hotel was going through a remodel. Would have like to use the fitness center, but being used for storage. My room was clean.

New property with clean rooms. Breakfast buffet is a huge plus and was run by very friendly, attentive staff.

Great hotel! Very clean and renovated. Comfortable bed and clean room. Very nice free breakfast. We just stayed one night but we would definitely stay again.

Great place

Great check in. Then get up to the third floor where the carpet is being stripped, mechanically, and nearly the entire corridor has a sticky floor from the remaining adhesive. Wife's sandal stuck to the floor, and she tore the straps free from the sole, trying to pull her foot from the floor. Then we get to the room, advertised as a 1 bedroom suite with a kitchenette... Which comes complete with a sink, a microwave, a mini fridge, and a dishwasher... No stove, mind you. Dishes, cooking utensils, microwave? Room for an entirely unnecessary dish washer, but didn't put a stove in the kitchen? What idiot signed off on that?

Front desk was able to help last minute. Everyone is very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable we were in 323 definitely will be back 😍

We stayed at this hotel while attending our nieces college graduation. The hotel looked brand new. Our room was sparkling clean, the staff was attentive and the breakfast was really good. The room had a really nice kitchen so we were able to have fresh food and warm up our leftovers. The bed was also really comfortable. The location was off the highway so very convinent and there was shopping right in the same plaza as the hotel. All in all I would absolutely stay again.

The staff was good except the breakfast was either empty or cold we went out breakfast 3 or 4 time when we got tired of cold or very little available breakfast at 8:30 Not sure where will stay the next time we go home for three weeks

The AC was broken in our room. They were unable to move us. Twice people came up and told us they fixed it and it was never fixed. I was also on the forth floor and warm air rises so it was reading 76 degrees in the room. It was uncomfortable. The staff was very nice which is the only upside of this hotel.

Very nice,clean and quiet

They had begun a remodel project and the sign in the lobby said, “we are beginning on the 4th floor” - no big deal…until they booked us on the 4th floor. There were 6 cars in the parking lot and they put us on the floor they remodel was on? It made no sense! There was construction material, paint, carpet, etc all of the place. Room signs were taped on the doors, ceiling tiles were hanging from the supports - carpet was missing and wallpaper was hanging off the walls - totally unnecessary

Nice and clean with extremely friendly staff.

Brand new. Makes you feel like you have a nice studio condo with a maid. USB chargers for phone. Sleek and clean. Always my go to for work trips. Quiet but I always bring a white noise machine anyway. Bluetooth controls for TV on phone and check in and out on app

Definitely didn’t want to stay in Albion (where our event was held) due to hotel selection. We made a great decision to head to Jackson. Her absolutely loved our hotel and hated leaving. It was very nice, convenient with kitchen, great size, comfy bed and friendly staff. Room was very clean too. Highly recommend.

Off main road and quiet.
