The space is very inviting. I loved that they supplied a kimono for me to wear during my stay. The bath was delightful.

Nice traditional old Japanese style stay. Though Breakfast is also traditionally Japanese style with rice! Yes morning Breakfast with rice, we still prefer bread or something light. Room extremely spacious compare to Tokyo city. Might need some renovations to upgrade tho.

Amazing stay and excellent service. Everything is attention to details and the room are spacious! Love the onsen and the pick up service are delighted given weather condition or else just few mins away you could walk to train station pretty easily! Love the Japanese artwork around. Definitely recommended！ could consider adding 1 more clock in Onsen area.

Tuve un problema con doble reservación y no hubo manera de resolverlo, si no reservas con anticipación el desayuno y la cena, no hay manera de que te den el servicio.

房間舒適，溫泉也很好泡，服務人員也很好，晚上還有免費的咖啡跟零食吃，很放鬆

とても気持ち良く過ごせました。 チェックアウト後にも温泉に入れたのは最高でした。 必ずまた利用させて頂きます。

這趟的旅行是去滑雪，旅館備有乾燥用的雪具室， 並且旅館出去就有公車站牌可以到雪場,很方便 此外，旅館內也有溫泉可以好好泡，有大眾池也有私人池， 和式客房不僅大並且該有的設施都有，每天清掃完房間完之後也會很貼心在桌上放上甜點以及補充冰水和熱水，整體住宿的體驗是很好的，下次來滑雪會再來住

以前にも宿泊させていただきました。 チェックアウト後もスキーの後にお風呂に入らせて頂けたり、乾燥室を使わせていただけたりと至れりつくせりで大満足です。

越後湯沢の駅からも近く立地がよいです。 温泉も露天風呂があり清潔で良いです。 しかし、部屋が乾燥していて加湿器がほしかったです。

駅からもロープウェイ駅からも近い。清潔で布団も快適。ラウンジなど細かなサービスが行き届いている。

朝ごはん美味しかったです。

越後湯沢近く温泉もあり非常に良い旅館です。 朝食も個室で落ち着いて食べれました。

今回ノンビリ温泉を楽しむ旅行だったので、此方にお世話になってとても満足出来る旅行を楽しめました。 従業員の方の対応、拘りのお料理、ノンビリリラックス出来る温泉全て満足です。 宿泊した日は雪もかなり降っており、出発前に車の雪かきが気になってましたが、従業員の方が雪下ろしと車寄につけて頂き、濡れずに出発出来た事とても気遣い出来ると嬉しかったです。 また、越後湯沢に来る機会があれば是非伺いたいホテルだと思いました。
