The hotel is nice, located in the city center but not too crowded, the service is very friendly, but the luggage service is a bit troublesome, such as there is no elevator and luggage storage is far away in the building and other Hotel Namba properties. I am happy here but a bit dissatisfied with the luggage service, apart from that everything has been good.

The room are very clean & comfort, but need to mention about no elevator inside the hotel. its very tricky to take a heavy lugage when you get a room in a high level floor.

minus side: I came there at 8.00 am, and the door's closed and locked, and no staff there. I bring breast milk, and ask them to keep it freeze, but they keep it not on the freezer, so All my breast milk's not longer good. they didn't help us to take our luggage and no elevator there. plus side: they allowed us to take a shower even we haven't check in yet. (time for check in at 3pm, we take a shower at 9 am)

The hotel is very good location near the sex shop.

Pros, close enough to Namba station and Namba market. Cons, don't have elevator, noisy, the shared bathroom too far

Comfortable room according to the picture Staff can communicate in English. Clean rooms, not far from tourist attractions. Who came to Osaka to bring here?

The hotel has no elevator. It's troublesome if you carry a lot and keep going upstairs.
