We stayed the night in a snowy winter. It was very dreamy with the snow. I think the rooms have potential to upgrade the decoration and some details such as the rug which was very dirty with a weird chloride stain and there was a hole in the wall. The art inside was a bit scary. The style doesnt seem to go somewhere, a bit of everything. But with a nice re-styling on the decor this can be a great hidden jewel. Food was also really nice.

We enjoyed our stay at the Romantik Hotel Schloss Reichenow. The hotel, resembling a castle, is situated in a picturesque location near a lake. It's a beautifully renovated castle offering spacious and clean rooms. The staff were fine, and the pricing was affordable. While we didn't use the sauna and fitness facilities, they were available. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, surpassing what we had seen in photos from other reviewers. I regret not taking photos of the diverse breakfast offerings myself. There are hardly any negatives to mention. The only suggestion I have is to add a refrigerator to each room as a standard. It seems necessary, especially for families with children. Additionally, a kettle in the rooms would be a convenient addition, again, necessary for families with kids. Aside from these minor points, everything else was fantastic!

Had a lovely stay. Great staff, very calm. Loved the artwork. Super stylish deluxe room was everything we could have hoped for. Huge and clean, bath and beautiful view of the lake. Amazing breakfast, glad we dragged ourselves out of our giant bed. Overriding feeling of peace and quiet.

We stayed a full weekend for a wedding in the castle and there was not one thing we could feedback negatively. The service was excellent, the food delicious, the place is a gem hidden in beautiful nature. The rooms are decorated perfectly and give you everything you need. We had the time of our life and are very thankful to the whole staff for such an amazing time. 🙏

Great location in the middle of a beautiful country side. We had a room under the roof that was huge. However less 'castle-like' than the ones on the first floor. Service was friendly though sometimes a bit clumsy. Might be because they had young staff under Training. All in all, a very good experience.
