The room was average. The bed was not comfortable, and there was a banging sound from about 3 am to 4:30 am. The shade on the window was broken. Went to breakfast at 8:30 and some of the hot choices were gone, asked the attendant, she was not friendly at all and said it would be at least 15 minutes. Will look for a different hotel next time we are in Flagstaff.

The receptionist was great to work with and the accommodations were exactly what we needed for a great night.

I stayed at this Hotel back in April, great place employees are excellent courtesy very helpful. I’ll stay again here when we are in Town.

This property was in a good location near shopping and dining. The property had an indoor pool and provided a good breakfast.

Hotel called to say it was overbooked and no room available. Refused to refund prepayment for rooms.

The check-in person was not welcoming or personable. Water pressure was very low in bathroom sink. And the toilet got stopped up with just normal use. No cups in bathroom either.

They had everything you could need but the TP was rough, the bathroom was clean but also dirty in the details like trim, the mattress was not soft

Excellent Hotel close to walking parks and dining. Hot breakfast and pet friendly, Clean rooms and priced fairly.

No exhaust fan in bathroom. Sliding door hack for closet/bathroom really not good. Can’t close or lock bathroom door…

The bed was awful!! Couldn’t sleep well, very uncomfortable

Clean, Nice staff Pool was too cold to swim in Hot Tub would have been nice but saw that it was removed (filled in).

Check us in under another gust reservation. Had to redo it. We drove 13 hours that day and were very tired. Unfortunately took too long just to get us into our 2 booked rooms.

The blind in the room wouldn't go all the way up so we couldn't see the full view
