Great location, check-in was quick and easy. The room was nice, shared bathroom and no privacy curtain. There was an outlet and light, but the light cover was not on so it was pretty bright. Nice to have coffee available at all times.

WARNING: BED BUGS! The lobby/breakfast was very cozy and the location in the old city was great but unfortunately the place was infested with bed bugs. I woke up to them crawling on my pillow and had to get a different hotel in the middle of the night. They were very kind to move me to a new room but I don’t think they did anything to get rid of the bugs, so be careful staying there. We found them in our next room as well and spent most of our stay drying our clothes. This seems to be a reoccurring issue in this hostel.

BED BUGS! I spent 2 nights here May 7-9th and was very bitten after the first night, I tried to look for the bugs and it only got way worse after the second night! It's all over my arms, ankles and feet. I've been so itchy and have had terrible allergic reactions after my stay at this hostel. Other than the bed bugs, the rooms were a good size but hot. The showers and bathrooms were very small and only 2 stalls per floor. The breakfast was nice but basic. Location was the best park, very central in old town (a little noisy) however not worth the best bugs. Sorry for the delay in posting this review, they kept rejecting my photos, I know it's bad!

BED BUGS!! I arrived with my friend and we inspected our bed before… there were multiple bed bugs stains on my bed. When I spoke to the receptionist, he didn’t seem surprised and just gave me another bed. FOUND A LIVNG BEDBUG on the other bed given. I went back to the guy and he refunded me no questions asked. When I asked him if he wanted to see the mattress himself he said no and that “he trusts me”. I think they know they have an infestation and just refund people that complain instead of doing something about it…

Pros: -Receptionists are really nice, friendly & helpful. -Even after check out, I was allowed to leave my luggage in their storage room for free. Just be pretty sure, you bring your impt stuff w u. Also, I stayed a couple of hrs in their lobby to charge my gadgets before heading out completely. -Kitchen & breakfast is good. -Each bed has the EU power outlet & light. Cons: Mainly on the facility: 1/ Room - I stayed on an 8-female room. --Bed bunks are a bit small in height. You might be having trouble bumping your head if you're taller, esp if assigned on a lower bunk. --Dusts is noticeable, on the floor, bed bunk sides, toilet areas. --No curtains- but sensible, since extra privacy isn't much nec being in a 1 gender room. --Existing bedsheets are kinda gross (some yellow marks). BUT, good part is they provide addtnl bed sheet, pillow case & comforter located in assigned locker. 2/ Toilet - 1 room per floor (w/ 2 toilets & 2 showers) loc outside your room ofc. Issue is, the spaces are small. More imptly- NO BIDET! Altho tissues are generously provided, but still.. water wash is much hygenic! We're in the millenium now, so pls.. keep up! 3/ Receiving area/lobby - there's a lot of spaces/cushioned chairs to sit in. Looks good fr afar/picturisque, but upclose?! It seemed the cushion covers haven't been washed for a looooong time. So gross. I've been staying alert about the bugs as well (Thankfully, none). Overall, the stay is good for a day or two only. Just an extra cleanliness & a toilet bidet is needed, really..
