The staff is very nice and very helpful. The breakfast is basic but ok. Unfortunately the rooms are uncomfortable: very small, no place to sit, odd layout. Overall it's expensive for what you get!

The place is clean, with a mostly friendly staff. The highlight was the location for me. Right next to the city center where all the restaurants and shops are as well as access to the dock. The breakfast was pretty simple but not bad at all! Caring reception that are always there to listen to any problems and run to solve them. One specific thing happened to us. My father's wallet slipped out of his wallet when he was sitting in the TV area before we left to go sightseeing, not 10 minutes after we left, he realized what had happened and I called reception to ask them to retrieve it, and they did. When we got back to the hotel, a lot of cash that was in the wallet was missing... We informed them of this and the owner told me that it could have anyone. There are cameras in the area but they all point away from the spot where the wallet was left. What is curious is that when he saw the footage, he only seemed to say that "a lot of people passed by" although it's a small and closed off little place with few guests... and that "it could have been anybody, but there is no use in accusing anyone". I wasn't planning on accusing anyone, after all, whoever took the money was nice enough to leave the rest of the wallet with all the cards. I personally found it all to be curious, but we cut our losses and moved on. However, I will let readers come to their own conclusions with this story.

It's ok, it's a 2 star hotel. It's close to the city center, bedroom are minimal. It's expensive for what you get. Breakfast is poor for the price that you pay, minimal. When you check out, they ask you do you want to pay an additional 10% service fee , are they not paying their staff enough with the price charged per night.

Two types of room. On the main corridor there are reasonably good apartments, with mini freezer, air conditioner and TV. On the back the apartments are not too good. The bathroom may be seen from a balcony of a house up the hill, are really smaller than the front ones and without mini freezers, but with air conditioner and TV.

It was a good stay, very well located. We just missed filtered water. There was no drinking water without paying for it.
