Great Staff

I didn’t finish my whole staying I check out 4 days before I m asking for refund please

Old room but fantastic breakfast and staff

The room was spotless, all the staffs are courteous. The hotel nearby restaurants, shopping areas, and places to visit.

The breakfast was great but an hour later I had diarrhoea and felt poorly all day. The TV screen didn't work, only the sound. The pool was not working. There was only one bath towel in the room. When I asked for another, they gave me two hand towels. The receptionist took my room key at checkout and stopped communicating, didn't ask how my stay was neither looked at me. His colleague told me after a couple of minutes that "I can go now". What sort of customer service is this?

Location is good. The supply of basics like soap and towels is inadequate. Some of the staff have no concept of how to serve customers.

The Royal Marshall has been a massive surprise and for the price eating in just like going out, which I did. The staff were always polite and helpful during our stay, plus if you need anything late at night, like we did as no luggage, rang around and got us up and running. Is situated in a good central point for our trips and after our week here can only highly recommend Also has great WiFi, can a bit congested in the rooms in the evenings but I found normal at most hotels I’ve stayed Thank you all and we will be back ❤️
