Very hospitable and straightforward with answering questions. And also a peaceful location to get away from the “busy” - ness.

Excellent services and very helpful and polite staff, really enjoyed our stay at S training centre Hotel.

The hotels overall apperance is clean and nice. The room is small but manageable. But the bed, wow, it felt like sleeping on concrete with pillows that were hard as bricks. I did ask for a sofer pillow but was told that there was only 1 kind. I stayed 1 night of my 3 night reservation (and paid for all 3) because i hadn't slept the 1st night and wasnt able to even nap the next afternoon due to the bed. I travel a lot, 10 times last year alone, and have never had such an issue with the bed/pillows any where that I've stayed. So if you dont like a hard bed and hard pillows book somewhere else. If that it what you look for , you will enjoy this hotel because it is clean and does the job.

I came on short notice around 10pm after I found out my night bus had been canceled. Staff was pleasant, and check-in was easy. Check-in is at the training center across the street. The location is convenient, with many nearby transit options. Comfortable and clean business hotel.

Very clean, updated, staff friendly and helpful and the free Japanese-style breakfast was fine for us. Not far from Osaka train station and they have shuttle at the station.

Very accommodating staff

Spacious room with good pick up and send off to and from Osaka train station. Driver is excellent, on time and very helpful! Good traditional Japanese breakfast and lunch option. Osaka castle is magnificient!

We booked this thinking it would be a close stay to the station. It says 15 mins but the walk is NOT convenient at all. We didn’t realize there was a shuttle so our fault, but thank god there is. It is located outside of the station and comes every 20 minutes from 8-6pm. The staff was nice and the room was okay, just very small. My luggage arrived from the last hotel and staff did not inform me and did not offer to help us bring it to our rooms which is not located in the same building. Later, pI asked for help to send the luggage as the last two hotels did it for me. They had me fill out the slip for each luggage and it was time consuming and a little confusing. I wish they handled it like the other hotels. Overall, not a bad stay but I would stay closer to the station, near dotonbori or at a hotel with a shuttle that had longer hours of operation. Our shuttle driver was great.

Toilet and bathroom were separate. Walkable but takes a few minutes. Shuttle bus schedule should start earlier in a.m.

Clean and nice people

Even though the room and bathroom ware really small (when sitting on the toilet, your knee touches the door), it was enough for our stay. Everything is new and clean, staff was friendly, it is close to major subway stations (10~15min walk) lots of eating and shopping places around the station. No complains for $50 /night hotel.
