Staff was great, hotel was clean… I will stay here again

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was expensive and not our favourite. The hotel was well located and easy access to Clifton Hill and other attractions.

We had a room on the main floor, and it was surprisingly quiet! Very spacious as well! Would’ve loved if the pool opened a bit earlier in the morning, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

This hotel was clean, modern, and well cared for. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and helpful. It felt like this hotel was a step above others we have stayed at in this area. From the good condition of the furnishings to the higher end finishes in the rooms and bathrooms, this hotel was just very well planned and executed. I was comfortable in the room and slept better than usual. I enjoyed the calming decor. The room was very spacious also and had everything we needed. I was happy that our fridge had a freezer in it so I could refreeze our icepacks. I would stay here again next time we are in the area. I feel like we got good value for our money.

Everything stood out in the wonderful Vittoria Hotel. Easy pre check-in. Very kind and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms with amazing views. Wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else when visiting Niagara Falls😊

Clean room and staff was extremely helpful and friendly!

We were put in an adjoining room with nosy neighbors. Unfortunately, they were fully booked so we couldn't be moved. Then, the fire alarm went off in a few rooms at 7:30am, and one of those rooms was ours. We went down to the lobby and were guven no explaination, no apology or any sccommodation.

Right from the get go, Antonio was patient and friendly with the check in. The staff continued to impress and made the stay relaxing.

We always love our stays at Vittoria. Great location for Clifton Hill activities. Clean rooms and a nice breakfast buffet.
