The location is strategically located in the city center, and the room is incredibly comfortable. The staff is very kind and friendly. I'm ready to stay there again, very happy.

Hotel is a strategic place for culinary in the evening

Alhamdulillah, it was a pleasant experience staying here. Initially, we requested an early check-in at 1:30 PM. The friendly FO explained that there were rooms available, but they were in a smoking area, although they were advised not to smoke considering it was the long end-of-year holiday. Finally, I got room 410, but it smelled of cigarette smoke. Finally, we went back to the FO to ask for a room. Alhamdulillah, at 2:50 PM, we were able to check in at room 508. Always success to City Mercury Bandung

The location is great, right in the city center. The room was clean and quite spacious. The service was also good. We arrived an hour before check-in time. While waiting for check-in time in the lobby, the receptionist came and said the room was ready, so we could check in early. Thank you 👍

hotel suitable for vacation and business

When I checked in on December 30, 2025, I rented two rooms (810 and 812). The receptionist only gave me one key (card key) for each room. This was very annoying and difficult. Every time I left the room or left the hotel area, my wife had to pick me up on the ground floor because I couldn't use the elevator without the key. If I brought the key, the electricity in the room would go out. I've confirmed this, but the receptionist insisted on only one key.

Pretty good, location close to town, food is ok.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and we even got a free art mirror and cake. The swimming pool has a beautiful view. Room options were made upon special request. Thank you!

Masya Allah Tabarakallah, staying here gets a free upgrade to a Suite Room, all the staff are also friendly, fast response and very helpful, the location is also strategic so you can find quite a lot of food around the hotel, the facilities are also quite complete and kids friendly, a recommended hotel for those who want a staycation in Bandung.
