A superb hotel, which I cannot fault. Everything was excellent. Great location, fabulous staff, wonderful (loft) room, great breakfast. If/when we return to The Hague - this will be the only choice for our stay

Emily at the check in desk was extremely helpful and friendly. She even recognized that I was a Veteran from my Virginia drivers license and thanked me for my sevice. Impressive

Style and service

Excellent location. Super helpful and friendly staff who resolved a couple of minor issues for us quickly and to our satisfaction. Super breakfast selection and comfortable bedroom. A little chilly initially as the hotel has needed to retain its old single glazed windows. We told the staff and a heater was provided which did the trick. A great hotel.

Wonderful

I travel extensively and I always stay in upscale hotels. I enjoyed my stay at The Indigo. The staff is incredible. On a scale of 1 to 10 , I would give the staff 12. Everything else is ambiance. I would definitely stay there again and suggest it everyone going to den Haag.

Beautiful and elegant restoration of a bank building -- very comfortable and well designed. Staff and restaurant were great. Room was extremely comfortable. Fantastic and quite location in the center of Den Haag.

Pictures of room were deceiving. Incredibly dangerous narrow, steep and slippery set of steps up to bathroom was problematic

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Indigo. It was conveniently located in front of the Royal Palace, and all the attractions were all within walking distance. You can easily get a tram around the corner to take you to the beach at Scheveningen and to Delft which is 10 mins in either direction. Loads of places to eat locally as well. The Hotel itself is amazing, converted from the National Dutch Bank so it is a really interesting building. The staff cannot do enough for you! Really pleased we chose this hotel

Great location right at the pedestrian zone of the historical part of the city. Parking available nearby for €20/day with a hotel disount

Very nice, do not book a loft room in summer- the air conditioning doesn’t work well and you have to walk through the hotel restaurant dining room to get to the room which is very odd. The standard rooms off the elevator track are wonderful and we were changed there very kindly!

You canceled my booking one hour after. I had to book a room in another hotel (it was very difficult). and of course, i had to wait 3 days for the refund. In the end, you did not give me any solution, just a problem.
