The staff is very friendly but tjey need to show real picture of the hotel in port-au-prince. What you see in the picture is not what you see when you get there.

It was professional standard. Breakfast on time and great hospitality

although owner and staff of 2 were very pleasant, the hotel doesn't really exist - no other guests, only lower floor is finished, no facilities whatsoever even as advertised, dangerous area, staff sent out to buy whatever and cook for us so meals minimal and late, very strange experience, no wifi, pretty grim.

No TV , no comfort the only good thing is the terrace
