Everything was worth the view! The hotel all in all excellent!

Best time of my life, love the hotel, breakfast was beautiful and the staff were extra helpful. Gardens around the hotel which were part of the property were very beautiful and scerene. Would love to go there and stay for longer period.

Having traveled 11 hours to get to Gilgat it was a wonderful welcome into the hotel, and then an upgrade of room. What a treat. Also of note are the gardens and surrounds - stunning! It’s the 2nd time I have stayed here, and I’ll be back. It’s wonderful. Shoukria

As expected of any Serena Hotels, the one in Gilgit was spectacular. Location wise it is situated in the best catchmint area and commute to various places is easy. The hotel is fabulously decorated with Gilgit's culturally symbolic craftwork. Room comes with the best facilities and amenities. Hotel staff was amazingly cordial and helpful.
