We didn’t have enough towels and apparently there was a shortage of towels.

Breakfast was nice

The bathroom light didn’t work the toilet wouldn’t flush we went to explore my 10 year old left his wallet on the table he forgot it and when we came back only $3 were left he had saved for this trip he had over $100 the beds were made so we know house keeping went in and made the beds. We complained about the light and the bathroom and the wallet the way they dismissed us made us cut our hotel stay early. We paid for two nights and asked for a refund for the second night as we left and they told us no We ended up going to a different hotel 10 times better in our opinion.

Hotel was decent, the parking is very small not far from shopping area. Hotel is about 10 minutes away from the mobile park. We uber to that park for a concert.

Breakfast had multiple choices. I enjoyed the staff and thier kindness

The staff was perfect but need mote maintenance in the rooms in general

Room was decent but very small and needs some updating. The sheets provided were not the best and bed was not very comfortable. If you’re looking for a cheap hotel in TJ I would look elsewhere. We stayed here because it was close to an event we were going to. We’ve stayed at better hotels like Holiday Inn or Real Inn in Zona Rio for the same price range

Very clean room. Staff was awesome. Recommend it
