Room was clean, staff was helpful, many cute coffee shops and restaurants nearby, easy access to metro and buses! It's an older building so sound travels a bit from the hallways into the rooms but nothing earplugs can't fix!

Really comfortable room with a wonderful bathroom and shower. Great location on a quiet street within walking distance of lots of restaurants and bars. It doesn't have a regular hotel staff, but the owner was friendly and very communicative via text. I would stay here again.

Room was nice size and clean. The building is somewhat quirky. No window in room so it's darkish. Lights are insufficient, could use a ceiling fan with a bright light.

Room was cute, staff was friendly and helpful, and the area felt safe as a single woman. Loved the quieter neighborhood vibe that was near more activity.

Quirky and charming in a neighborhood with a lot of cafes and restaurants. Picture in expedia very misleading, there were no windows in our room (not enough light/lights in the room) and rooms are on the first floor. Staff very friendly and responsive. There is no front desk at the "hotel" so you mainly communicate via text messages. They do take care of the property, but it is not for everyone.

Stayed here for four nights. Overall, great location in La Condesa and good service. Good: - The host really made sure that we arrived safely and was there to receive us and explain how to get into the unit. - The unit was very secure with three locks to get in. - I appreciated the daily cleaning every morning, fresh water put in the room every day, free coffee, and access to Netflix and other streaming services on the TV. - Location was convenient, with great restaurants and coffee shops about 10 minutes walk away. Bosque de Chapultepec was about a 20 min walk away. We didn't like that you had to walk across a very busy highway to get there, but at least there was a pedestrian bridge. The not-so-good: - Hotel was a bit loud with no sound insulation. One morning we were woken up around 8-9am with some loud banging. Great for the price, and we were easily able to explore all that Mexico City has to offer. Would stay here again!

Safe and walkable location, close to metro station. The is comfortable. The coffee/tea maker, kettle is in the shared area, not in the room (not that it is a problem). The TV is just a physical TV, with no channels. The laptop workspace is a very narrow shelf-like table, not really fit a 13 inch laptop. Appreciated the building style, but the windows are non-openable blurred windows, which is a bit dark and cannot let in fresh air, for longer stay

The staff are so kind and welcoming. The location is perfect with lots of great places to eat nearby. It’s in a very safe and clean area with easy access to public transportation. There’s a theater next door which was very nice because we got to catch a play one night. The common area was a huge plus for us, with access to drinkable water 24/7, a mini fridge, microwave, coffee/tea, tea kettle, and glasses and mugs. The shower gets super hot and the water pressure is very strong. The shampoo, conditioner, and soap were really nice too (which is important for me because I’m sensitive to overly fragrant soaps). Overall, it was a peaceful stay and I’d definitely stay here again.
