For a 3 star hotel the rooms are very good. The employes are really atententious and very sympathetic. I stayed for 10 days and I got free breakfast. I give this courteous staff 5 thumbs up!

來台南玩，因為要參加朋友的婚禮，所以想在這附近找住宿，但是這附近好像房子都比較老，有點擔心，我找了好幾家，這家的評價很好，價格也便宜，CP值非常好。 本來擔心入住後會有一些缺點，想說反正我只要睡覺才回來，平常人都在外面，所以有一些缺點也沒關係，實際住過2晚後，覺得很棒，雖然看起來是老房子，但是睡起來很舒適，浴室洗澡也沒問題，優點是棉被很大件，有個小缺點就是離大馬路很近，會有一些聲音，如果很敏感的人不建議住，但是我就是想住便宜的市區，所以我覺得可以接受，一樓有水可以裝，還有給杯子，很不錯。 總而言之不挑剔又想省錢的人很適合住在這裡，我住兩晚，印象都很好。

The room was clean and simple, and the bathroom and bathtub were spotless and mold-free. A coffee machine was available on the first floor. The water pressure in the bathroom was excellent, and the hot water was consistently hot. The room's soundproofing was terrible (I'm not particularly sensitive to noise). At 00:20, the pipes next door were making a loud rumbling noise while showering, and the guys in room 3A across the hall were talking loudly, their voices clearly audible. They were talking about buying several pairs of socks—nobody wanted to know! It was past midnight, and they were still talking so loudly; incredibly inconsiderate. The air conditioner was also quite noisy, and you couldn't adjust the temperature or fan speed. If it got too cold, you had to turn it off completely; if it got too hot, you had to turn it on again. My family had important business the next morning and needed to get a good night's sleep. I read some reviews before booking, but didn't see many complaints about the poor soundproofing. Maybe I hadn't read enough, otherwise I definitely wouldn't have booked here. The bed was easily moved around.

February 12, 2026. Stayed here twice; this is the first time I'm leaving a review. Thank you to the male receptionist (whose name started with J, I didn't notice his full name). He provided excellent service. He told us about nearby attractions and food options. I was curious why he seemed so familiar with other guests. I asked and found out that many regulars come back to stay here. I thought only food establishments had regular customers; it seems even hotels have them! The service seems really excellent.

The room is spacious, and the double bed is also very large; it can sleep up to three people. The location is excellent, less than 400 meters from the cultural center, with UBike available, and many shops nearby.
