We had a great experience staying here. A special mention to Nripen from the housekeeping team, who was extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay. He took exceptional care in maintaining the cleanliness of our room, especially considering we were traveling with our 3-year-old daughter. His thoughtful efforts and attention to detail made us feel very comfortable. He even arranged balloons for her, which was a wonderful gesture and brought a big smile to her face. Thank you, Nripen, for making our stay even more memorable.

Have been staying in 5 star hotels for last 15 years. Have been staying in this property since 2019. And I feel sad to say that it has certainly gone below the standards. The Hotel has basic hygiene issues, forget about luxurious expectations from them. My last 3 stays in a month AC was not working. Washroom has insects. Front desk staff or the duty manager are least bothered. They took 4 hours to change the room. I can openly and genuinely say that , it's better to spend your money in hotels like Novotel or Taj than coming here. Basic courtesy, basic standards are missing. Property needs to be maintained, staff needs to be trained. You can't give me curd without cutlery and then send me the cutlery after 90 minutes ( 1AM). They have no idea who a Hard bed is. I can pen down 100 things that the hotel should work on, and I am sure they will have 1000 reasons to justify their mistakes.

We had a great stay at The Westin Kolkata Rajarhat. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, with the added luxury of a bathtub. The breakfast and dinner were excellent, offering a good variety of dishes with great taste. The hospitality was also very good, and the staff made the stay comfortable and pleasant. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and a great place to stay in Kolkata.

This property is perfect in every aspect. approx 30 min away from the airport, grandeur like no other , spacious rooms , top floor bar with sheesha/hukkah & restaurant (one can witness beautiful sunset there). What I loved the most is the humongous carving of Maa Durga on the wall and vedic shlokas engraved on each floor . I have never witnessed such amalgamation. For this particular thing , this is now my one of the favourite most property.

I had a great stay at the Westin for 2 days. The staff were attentive and helpful throughout. There are three or four restaurants within the hotel itself. The 31/32 bar at the top floor was good for its views, finger food, and cocktails. The complimentary breakfast was excellent too with too much variety to be able to try everything. The live counters had everything from pooris to dosas and aloo paratas. The in-room dining service was also excellent. The rooms was fantastic and offered great views of the Rajahat area including the eco park with a big lake in the middle. The Misti Hub with a variety of sweets is very close to the Westin. However, the city's main attractions are atleast 30 to 40 minutes away.
