The address indicated is wrong, it is located in an apartment hotel called Attic house (use this as reference), locals don't know this Ximending Florid House. It's hard for us to find it, the locals there don't speak English that's why its a bit hard for us to locate it. The voucher states that we can check-in at 2 pm. but when we're there the contact person told us that we can check-in at 3 pm. but the room is clean, and the room is good.

This place is more appropriately called an apartment, not a hotel, the owner of a friendly apartment, a very strategic location because the ximending shopping area can be reached on foot, to go to this apartment it only takes 5-10 minutes from MRT Ximen exit No.1, turn right, go straight, find The Family Mart then turns left and follows the road, the lobby of the apartment is clean and looks old, the room cleanliness is sufficient, the room space is not large, toothbrush, slipper and hair dryer are provided, the overall rating is enough

This is not a hotel, it's more of a condotel or BNB. It is in a good location but unfortunately it is hard to find. It has no signage at all. The registered address is not the exact address. The photos are deceiving. There is no front desk to assist you.
