Food in restaurant and breakfast excellent. Staff all friendly and helpful. Room spacious but poor lighting and no drawer space.

Everything was perfect. Extremely helpful and pleasant staff in all departments, spotless, comfortable classic double room with lovely toiletries in the bathroom and a fantastic breakfast.

Ce fut une première expérience dans cette chaîne d’hôtel pour nous et celle à l’Hôtel du Vin de Stratford upon Avon fut très réussie. Notre chambre était spacieuse avec des attentions portées pour que notre séjour soit le plus confortable possible. Nous étions en demi-pension (déjeuners et soupers); le restaurant offre une excellente qualité avec des plats bien soignés. Le service fut absolument impeccable du début à la fin. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les jeunes femmes à la réception, pleines de ressources pour nous aider et conseiller et toute l’équipe de la salle à manger. Formidable expérience !

Great hotel, good location, clean, excellent and attentive staff. Hotel room spacious and had everything we needed. Bed was comfy. Would stay again. Noting the car parking is £22.50 until about 1.30pm the next day, not 24 hours from arrival.

There is a pay and display car park next to this hotel with very thin parking bays. Hotel is in a very convenient location to walk into town in minutes. Reception staff were very friendly - staff in the bar were a bit off hand.

Beautiful hotel, with helpful staff. We really enjoyed our stay and found the location was great for exploring Stratford.

Fantastic hotel in a central location with warm and friendly staff. The bed (and bedding) were super comfortable and breakfast was delicious. A special shout out must go to the housekeeping team, the cleanliness of the room and throughout the hotel is exceptional!

Staff were excellent. Great choice at breakfast (including gluten free bread) and hot selection served to order. Room was nicely designed, had a comfy bed with good amenities. Good location in Stratford-upon-Avon for walking to local sites and restaurants. Paid car park behind the hotel.

Reception staff always kind and helpful at check in and upgrading to a balcony room was a great way to get fresh air which I sometimes miss in a hotel room.

The air con was superb , temperature of the room was perfect.

First time stay at this hotel. Everything perfect, good location, attentive staff, lovely room. Breakfast was excellent, choice of freshly cooked dishes. Will return again. Tip car parking is safe and secure at the railway station for £6 via JustPark.
