The manager was very nice and helpful, and so were the staff. Even though the staff spoke little English, they still did their best to help me. Also, the public bath wasn’t that bad if you went alone. I enjoyed matcha from the drink machine in the kitchen area and it was so good. I had an amazing time at Glansit.

Staff available 24 hours, capsule pod is extremely comfortable and has options for luggage storage. (Do keep in mind the hotel bathroom is a SHARED bathroom.).

The name comfort does reflect the name. The hotel is near the akihabara station, and the lounge is very comfortable. I like this hotel. Quite pricey, but I think it's worth the price.

was a pleasure experience, the staff was great, the hotel was clean, I surely recommend this hotel if you traveling alone and don't have a big luggage but if you do go with a big luggage make sure to book the single room

Very satisfied, it was my 2nd time here. But unfortunately you need to pay 200¥ now if you want to rent pajamas (200¥/day). Last time they gave it free each day. But overall still a good capsule hotel if you want to spend around Akihabara.
