Loved the service and the view from the room !!

The staff was super professional and welcoming. They did everything to make for the perfect stay. In-room foot massages after days of hiking was amazing! Great experience overall.

Great location closeby to major attractions, restaurants, train station & bus stop to Machu Picchu. Much gratitude to Luis for taking care of our stay.

This property was nice and the staff was kind. My only small issue I had is some of the plugs in the room had obvious black marks. If you tried to use said plug it’d spark.

Property is clean, easy accessibility and close to restaurants. The room we got was little smelly, no ventilation

This very clean centrally located hotel was great. The staff was exceptional and so friendly and accommodating. They have great advice on securing tickets, as well as where things were in town. All in all one of the better experiences we had in out entire Peru trip

We were so pleased with our short, one-night stay at this great hotel! The hotel rooms were super clean and comfortable for us. We arrived at night and the staff member was so gracious. He welcomed us and made sure we were set for an early morning visit to Machu Picchu. They provided tags for us to put on our luggage. It was a convenient surprise that they would do the work of bringing our packed and tagged luggage down from our rooms to the front desk area while we were off enjoying the sites. The breakfast staff were ready for a 5:30am visit to the dining room so we were fueled and ready to go for our day. This hotel is a great location in the town as well! I was so pleased by our choice of this hotel. It is a small, intimate hotel that takes great care of its guests.

Waited for us at the train station and walked us just a few yards to the hotel entrance, after a quick check-in, took us to our room. I had setup a surprise for our anniversary and we opened the door to the most beautiful decoration and room to start our stay. LOVED the hotel, location, service, food and listening to the river at night. A+A+A+A+

Large rooms and a convenient spot at the base of Machu Pichu. Friendly staff. Pleased all around.

Super nice property - and helpful staff! Great proximity to eating and shopping!!

We had an over stay at this hotel and it was lovely. The staffs waited for us at the train station to pick up our bags so we could continue our Machu Picchu tour after arriving in Aguas Caliente. Bed was bed and comfy and room was clean. Def recommend for a nice yet affordable stay!

I would choose this hotel again.

Near the nice restaurant and the breakfast they offered was great also
