On my first week, the fDesk gave me a crap room(aircon wasn't functioning well and it’s broken).Room was fine. I requested if I could transfer to the other room as the wifi was weak in my room as it was located at the end of the hotel. Front desk transferred me to a better room(spacious).I was happy as it was spacious and it was near to the hotel’s gate but the wifi connection was still terrible. Haven’t even use it as it was weak. The water smells bad( was like mud or sometimes too much chlorine).Staffs were okay. The security guard was helpful. I booked for an extension of 11days from the Agoda app as it was cheap and when I went down to the front desk,she told me that they have changed their room rate and I need to add more. I was like why would I want to do that? The purpose of me booking it because it was cheaper. I was disappointed because I was in my room the whole time and nobody told me that they’ve changed the rate ahead of time. I waited for like 3 hours for them to find another hotel where they can relocate me.And yeah, she found me a hotel(where I am right now). I am not really dismayed about my stay but they can do better though when it comes to their facilities. It’s 6 out of 10 for me.
