I stayed on the 5th floor and was blown away by all the lovely details and amenities of the space. Super stylish, sleek, safe and homey. Three incredible rooms each with their own full bathroom stocked with everything you could need. Plus there is a washer + dryer with laundry pods provided. The connecting balcony overlooking our adorable street adorned with the best food, shops, and parks. My favorite area in CDMX-- I took many long walks around Condesa and the surrounding neighborhoods both during the day and at night with no trouble at all. The staff was super accommodating when I needed to stow away my many luggages in the lobby safe room during the multi-hour interim of when I could check into my next hotel. Could not recommend the Felix Viadora enough. My only wish is that I could've stayed longer.

The Felix was in a perfect location within walking distance to parks, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc. The front desk made us feel safe and were very kind and helpful, especially Alfredo. The only downside was that the back bedroom got very warm.

The Felix is very average. The rooms are ok, the service is at best ok, the towels are frayed, the bathroom almost floods when you are showering but the location is terrific. We had problems with A/C breaking and had to get very upset in order for it to get fixed.

This was such a great hotel. The location is excellent—you’re just a few minutes away from amazing restaurants. The team running the hotel is extremely friendly and goes out of their way to ensure you have a wonderful stay. The apartment was huge and had plenty of space for our party of five. The hotel is situated in a very safe neighborhood. I would highly recommend staying here, and I hope to return in the future.
