We asked for a new iron

The experience was quite good except the cleanliness of the floor and cutlery provided.

Very clean and slept 5 comfortably. Location was fantastic with Sao Bento train and metro near by. Could hear traffic and pedestrians.

Every morning at 8am we were greeted by a horrendous so bad the walls were shaking from building work going on in the property next door. no warning was given about this from the property before booking. We would not of booked this property had we known of the building works next door. Property owner communication and response to our complaints after our stay has been pathetic.

Great location. Toilet had issues where you had to wiggle the lid to get the water to work all the time. While we stayed there there was construction going on regularly starting pretty early on the morning. That was quite annoying. Waking up to hammers and saws is not the best feeling when you are on vacation.

Nice location. Expensive parking nearby. Not as clean as expected, and unfortunately the building next door was renovating and it was very loud.

Absolutely amazing apartment. Loved the easy check in with codes on door pad, our adult children could come and go as they pleased with no need for a key between 5 of us. Lift to carry all of our baggage , which in Europe is sometimes hard to find. This apartment is in the best location, close to all attraction that Porto has to offer and close to public transportation. Heaps of shopping and restaurants within a 2min walk. Super clean and comfortable. I have been to Porto so many time and have never stayed at this apartment and can honestly say that I will only stay here going forward. Thank you for making our family memories even more special. Highly recommended!!

Il give you 5 stars… the thing is that we booked in the weekend and it was close to bars. So expect it to be noisy in the wee hours of the morning . But other than that it was smooth from start to end . And space is bigger than I was expecting. Nice place. Close to everything.

Great location and fully equipped modern apartment - loved it

For the first night, the hot water can only be sufficient for one person only. However we have 3 persons that we need to bathing next day morning. After my compliant, the situation improved a lot but without response on my query!

Good location, good condition of the apartment, however no cleaning in 6 night that we stayed, 4 rolls of toilet paper for 3 persons in six days and 2 small body wash (hotel size) for 3 persons in six days. We need to buy ourselves once they are gone. There is note that apt management will be onsite between 12 pm to 5pm, when we will be travelling all day start at 9 am and back after 7pm.

There is a nightclub near by and it is a bit noisy on Friday and Saturday. The music stops at 6 am.

Only had one night but location was good...near bus terminal...bit of a hassle the booking experience but once completed it all went well...clean place, all essentials covered....ideal for 4 people

The location was right in the center of town. Simply 2blocks from the metro. The apartment was very spacious. I would definitely come stay here again if I were to return to Porto. Might I suggest a small closet for the smaller bedroom and an extra lamp for the living room or replace the ceiling florescent light much stronger watt would truly brighten up on the living room.

my family of 6 stayed there for a few nights, its very clean and the location is great

Location really good right downtown so walk everywhere...we were 6 adults and it was comfortable.... All new... Small but efficient kitchen well equipped.. Good size dining table...big bathroom with wonderful shower.. We were there a Thurs and Fri night....lots of party noise from the street so perhaps bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper... Master bedroom has a closet which is wonderful but small twin bedroom no closet/no hooks/no shelves and really needed some hooks at least.... Also one twin is actually a cot so not very comfortable... Bathroom was awesome but only had 2 hooks and no towel bars.... Strongly suggest they put at least 4 more hooks for our bath towels and some shelving for our toiletries and a shower caddy for soap and shampoo.... Beautiful big bathroom but needs to be finished... Maybe we were the first guests?? Anyway would highly recommend and would stay again
