Great location in centre of city, good breakfast, clean and quiet room, free parking, friendly staff. Very, very small shower.

Staff were very friendly and spoke perfect English. Breakfasts were wholesome, though less choice than some other establishments elsewhere. Still good value for money.

The location is right in the city centre, which is good as you can easily get anywhere, on the other hand it is a bit noisy in the night (but one can expect that in the city centre). The staff was very helpful and easygoing. The breakfast was very good (buffet). One can see the hotel is a bit aged, but it is still in a good condition. Rooms are clean, but the shower place in the bathroom is relatively small. Overall, the hotel is a good choice.

We’ve been asked to check out at 10AM, when every hotel’s check out time is 12:00. The rooms were full of insects and cockroaches. The shower holder was broken. You have to wait a long time for the elevator.

Exterior is not impressive at all, the interior is old from 90s. Anyway the staff is fine and the room was clean and in a good shape. We actually liked the stay.

Only half size thin curtains so once the sun is up the room is bathed in sunshine and very difficult to get back to sleep.

the problem with the cleanliness of common areas

The bad point - it took over 45 minutes to check-in. Considering I had pre-booked, I was forced to join a very slow moving queue of other pre-booked people. In this modern era, this was a masterclass in how not to check people in quickly and efficiently. The good point - On arrival in the breakfast room (I am disabled so walk badly even with my walking stick), a member of your staff quickly made himself known to me and very ably fetched food and drink for me which I would have found challenging. The breakfast was good too, especially the bacon and eggs. So well-done your staff member for excellent service.

Check in very slow, and reception seemed to have problems with hotels.com bookings. Otherwise fine.

Worst Check In Experience I’ve ever had, took 75 minutes from entering the hotel to obtaining the keys to the room.

The location is quite convenient (close to the train station) and has a beautiful view from my room. There is no a/c.The cleaning service did not show up every day (same towels for the whole stay), but the staff was very friendly, and a very good breakfast!

The hotel was very good value for the money. The room was clean and in a good state of repair. The maid did her job properly. Breakfast was fine with a range of things on offer. I will go back again next year. Usti nad labem is an industrial town but if you know where to look. Plenty of places to visit around the area. Tisa being one such place.

This hotel is the tallest building in town and is bright blue so you shouldn't get lost. Its just a few minutes from the main rail station so convenient for connections around the Czech Republic and Germany (reason I selected it). Other reviewers are right that Usti has limited attractions but that's hardly the Hotel's fault. When I arrived there were plenty of guests checking in and the staff were rather frazzled but still helpful. The room and the hotel in general was quite shabby but with good value rates I think it offered great value.

Nothing really to do in the area. Can be explored in one day. The hotel was under construction. No complaints about the actual room. We were awakened at 9 am to hammering and drilling. This would have been fine if i knew there was this much construction but i wasn’t notified. I️ forgot to get pictures because we were rushed out but this is the lobby
