Stayed here after trying out Hotel Intergate Osaka which was great. Tokyo Intergate isn't as new and big as the one in Osaka. No pool/onsen, room is smaller but I guess normal for Tokyo. Loved that FamilyMart was just downstairs. No evening entertainment during the week that I was staying there unlike in Osaka and the free drinks weren't great, no iced tea. Tea break was just matcha stuff and I hate matcha so not great. You have to put the change the bed linen card on your bed otherwise the housekeeping won't make your bed, which is strange. Love the free toiletries and the night rice soup. Easy check-in and check-out.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel posted very helpful transport options to surrounding areas such as Mt. Fuji. Excellent centralised location in the heart of Tokyo. Highly recommend!

I really love this hotel. Yes, it is small just like other hotels in Japan. However, it's all clean, love the shampoo and body soap (so relaxing), the room is quite spacey to put 2 big luggages (as I stayed here with my husband). The hotel is really near Tarakacho St (direct line from and to Narita/Haneda airport) also close to Ginza line which make it easier for me to explore Shibuya etc. And Family Mart is just downstairs. I hope I can come back next year and stay here again. Thank you!

I stayed 4 nights at the Intergate during my business trip, and I was so impressed with completed amenities as well as thoughtful services they provided to the guests. They provided snacks and tea time in certain hours, coffee specialty, and even a simple dinner (rice bowl with soup) for who are craving at night. This hotel is also very clean, has a good location just next to MTR station, provides iron and the desk (very useful for business traveller), helpful staff, and a convenient store on the 1st floor. Highly recommended for families and business traveller.

The hotel is very convenient, there is a supermarket on the 1st floor, near the stations, convenient to go to Disney, to the city center and other tourist attractions. Highly recommend.

The location is quite strategic. Not far from the train station. Check-in/out is done at a machine. The room is cramped and the pillows smell really bad. I've asked for a change, but they haven't. Disappointing. I was forced to sleep without a pillow. My pajamas were put in the bathtub but not replaced. I called housekeeping to ask for a change, but they were replaced. Disappointing.

Very safe and comfortable. Quiet atmosphere. Near Ginza shopping center. Close to Tokyo Station. Around the hotel there are many restaurants. Under the hotel there is a Family Mart. The hotel is clean.

The location of the hotel is close to Ginza, and there is a Ginza line subway station in front of the hotel. The distance from Tokyo station to the hotel is about 12 minutes walk. The rooms at this hotel are also OK and comfortable. Right under the hotel, there is a convenience store. Overall, my family and I enjoyed staying at this hotel during our holiday in Tokyo.

The location is quite strategic, near the metro station, under the hotel there is a family mart, so you can buy food or snacks there. The room is quite comfortable, complete amenities, sleepwear is also provided. The downside is maybe the elevator always stops at the floor. 2. The rest of the service is quite good.

Amazing hotel at a fantastic location. Direct subway from Haneda airport and 10 mins walk from Tokyo station with direct bus to Narita. 5 mins away from all shops in Ginza. Highly recommend.

Was there for a business trip & chose this hotel because it was right next to the train station entrance and near my office. Very good experience from checking in to leaving, everything in between was fantastic, especially the staff! Room I chose was of a decent size too. Will definitely consider this place when I'm in town again!

Less than 5 mins walk to 2 subway stations, one of which is the Toei Asakusa Subway Line to airports. Will definitely be back again if in Tokyo. Very helpful reception staffs. Thanks! There's no laundry services so may not be good for long stay.

The hotel is located in a very strategic place! It only took 3 minutes to the nearest metro station. The service from staffs are also superb! Although sadly you cannot really got an early check-in because the earliest time you can check-in is at 14.00 (an hour just before the exact check-in time) and you need to pay additional fees of 2000 yen. Overall it was a good hotel, not big but excellent for tourists that want to have easy access around Tokyo.

Excellent hotel. Very modern, friendly, complete facilities, free flow of soft drinks, wine 😘, tea coffee, light snacks, even light supper (8-10pm). Location score is 9.5 (50 m from Takaracho st, 100 m from Kyobashi st, & 600 m fr Tokyo st). Family mart and 711 are next door. Located in business center areas. There are many restaurants, ramen stations, shops etc inside the Tokyo st. Definitely we will return 👍.
