The best apartment I've stayed in...and in a great location.

If you are visiting Porto this apartment is a wonderful choice. An amazing location, out of your windows are great views. The river is a few metres away, buses close , restaurants close. The apartment is clean and spacious. If I was returning to Porto I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The location was perfect. Close to so many things to do and see. Also, many excellent restaurants nearby. Anna, with the rental firm, was excellent.

Got moved to Olive Nature few days before the trip. The other place is beautiful

I wish we were staying here longer. This place is in a perfect location. Walking to everything. It is a lot bigger than expected. The crib/pack n play was already set up. Views are amazing. Highly recommend

Everything was excellent! The apartment was in a great location; it was delightful to see historic Porto from every window, and to be only two mins walk from the water front, and less than 1 min from a taxi stand. The apartment was very spacious, well equipped, and clean. Internet worked well. Lots of attractive photographs and ceramics on the walls - I liked this feature a lot! The photo on the website was very appealing, and the upon arrival, I was happy to see that it was an accurate portrayal. The staff were very attentive concerning my arrival and departure, and gave me a business card with numbers to call for any questions. It would have been helpful if the listing on Hotels.com website included a contact email. I had apartment 1dto at the front of the building, and will request this one again if I am lucky enough to return to Porto. The apartment was a very comfortable and relaxing home for the week I was in Porto attending an international conference. Highly recommended!

Wonderful location and beautiful apartment! Only downside was there was no wine opener in the general cutlery offered. Not too big of a deal though as there was a store around the corner where I bought one and also scored it as a souvenir! Very great place! Very helpful and responsive staff.

Very spacious, clean apartment with many little extras: washing machine, dishwasher, big soft towels, welcome wine, good shutters to keep traffic noise out at night. Parking a nightmare though.

Apartment is in great location. Please note there is no sign on building so it’s hard to find if you are driving as we found out. It’s opposite the underground carpark that is in front of the garden with the big red building behind it. Park there and just pay the money it’s worth it. Little tram is out front. It’s hilly so bring your walking shoes. Apartment us big and very comfortable. Why do they have a washing machine with no powder Grrrrrr!!! Had to hike up the hill to buy some. Just a couple of pods would be a great idea. Checkin was great. Lots of information. TV had English stations too. Life was great. Overall we had a great stay in this lovely city.

Location was great. Walking distance to most attractions we wanted to visit. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

++ Andre came on time for the check in.the apartment is clean and renovated, modern. Located in the old downtown. So parking is 20 euros per day, minimum. —— the company that administrates the apartment does not provide soap for the dish washer or the washing machine. No coffee machine either. We were told that nobody has ever asked for that so they won’t help us. The heating system has to be checked. The apartment is cold. Bring your earplugs the neighborhood is quite noisy. So many options today that they have to work harder to mkake you feel home in this apartment. Not big investments only little nice details.

Staff support from start to finish was simply excellent. Tamara and her colleagues were quick to respond to my queries and very kind in setting meet up check in time. She took time to answer questions and gave us a number to call or text for 24/7 support. Wow! Such a contrast to the slum lords we dealt with in Lisbon at a rental property via VRBO. Great location for walking to the river front, across to the cellars and uphill to sights. But being so central and on the first floor, a bit of traffic noise and exhaust in the evening hour when we kept the veranda doors open for air. Just a small thing. And so rare to have a place in Europe with sufficient AC, heat and a washer WITH dryer to boot! Highly recommend this property.

Great area, very spacious place..we bit noisy, had a hard time checking in, communication with property manager was a bit hard.

Great apartment in a fantastic location for sightseeing, amenities etc. Great balcony for people watching lovers. Apartment address given with no indication of reception address or key collection etc

This sparkling clean, charming and huge one-bedroom was one of the highlights of my trip to Porto. I spent happy hours on the balcony overlooking the center of action of the beautiful historic part of this magical city -- felt like I was sitting on the lap of history, between seeing the cannon holes left in the church across the street by a guy named Napoleon (!!) or watching all the comings and goings in the park across the street where the statue of Henry the Navigator. An amazing place. The staff was absolutely first-rate, and could not have been more helpful or efficient in supplying this great apartment with everything you could need while traveling. A superb experience that I will always remember thanks to the care and attention this beautiful apartment showed.

It was on the main drag and was a little noisy. We had trouble sleeping. Otherwise the place was very well situated

Very nice apartment in a convenient location. Located in the old part of Porto, near restaurants, and the river. Well fitted out, with all the necessary requirements, including toiletries, and the complimentary bottle of port was much appreciated!

Filipa was great! She waited for us at the apartment showed us around and gave us information about restaurants and bars in the area. The apartment is spacious and clean. Beautifully decorated! The bed was very comfortable and we loved the french windows in the living room, looking out into the plaza and letting lots of light in. The kitchen has all necessary amenities, although we did not use them as we ate out and there was also a washing machine.The cafe next door to the apartment was our choice for our daily b'fast. Beautiful coffee and pasteis de nata! The location is very central. Great to reach all the touristic places by foot and there is a tram (bonde) station right in front of the apartment, it takes you along the river, lovely trip (you pay the driver). I strongly recommend this apartment. I took ear plugs as suggested here and was absolutely fine. Thank you Filipa. We loved our stay in Porto!
