All you need from a hotel. Good clean quiet room, helpful staff and a good selection for breakfast. Close to the City and International Centre.

Really nice hotel, enjoyed our stay very much. Although no full English breakfast, bacon, scrambled egg & beans were delicious.Mest free sausage available on request.( rest was cereal, pastries etc). Great location for shopping centre.

Telford centre close by for food & drink. Good parking

It's a good hotel that is very reasonably priced. It's clean, it's comfortable and quiet. Breakfast is good too. Not a huge selection but everything seemed fresh and well presented. It's really good for the price I paid and I would definitely book it again.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, in particular the front desk staff and a lovely lady (Susan) at breakfast, who went above and beyond to assist everybody. The breakfast was plentiful and good and overall the stay was great value for money.

We've stayed in this hotel quite a few times now while competing at the Telford Centre. It's a great base as it's right next door to the Arena. The receptionist was really lovely and helpful. The room was ok, shower was cold for ages and then boiling hot,we couldn't regulate it at all, it was really weird! Breakfast wasn't amazing, no proper fresh fruit (only fruit salad), no fresh pastries, but good english breakfast (eggs/beans/bacon). Overall,wewill stay there again as very convenient and rooms are fine.

I just wanted to let you know that I mislaid my hearing aids at the hotel recently, I reported this but sadly they could not be found, therefore I was so pleased and surprised when a week later Stephanie (Housekeeping Supervisor) rang me to not only let me know they had been found and handed in but also helped me arrange their safe return via Royal Mail, outstanding customer service above and beyond the call of duty!! Thank You Stephanie.

Nice, spacious room, fully equipped and lovely walk-in shower. Free parking with plenty of spaces. No restaurant for evening meals but the HI next door offers dining for International guests. Breakfast lived up to it's promise as complimentary "continental" but it also had a very limited hot buffet which ran out of eggs and took over ten minutes to replenish.

The checking in was easy and very welcoming. One of the rooms apart from the bathroom was very clean. The other room was clean all through. We all slept well in the comfortable beds after a 3 hour journey. The breakfast was lovely. Lots of choice. The breakfast staff like all staff were very polite and helpful. Easy to park and free parking. If we visit the area again we will definitely be booking this hotel.

We had a lovely bank holiday break. The hotel is well located close to many restaurants and the reception and breakfast staff were very helpful and friendly

Breakfast & conveniently next to the international centre

Room was clean but furniture needs updating. The leather on the chair was old and peeling and the desk was badly scratched. Breakfast was poor with very limited choice. I wouldn't be encouraged to stay here again.

Easy check-in with polite, friendly helpful staff. Plenty of parking spaces in large car park shared with VOCO hotel next door. Nice free continental breakfast. Clean, tidy room,
