Great stay,love everything about it

I love this hotel, we had a beautiful view to the sail boats with a cloudy day, so beautiful, i thought we were on the beach front but no access to any beach, that was disappointed because the pictures on Expedia show like the beach is right there but no, you are not on the beach and no beach access, gym was clean and and really nice, other than not clear about the beach everything was really nice, we enjoyed everything, I will stay again

Clean, great staff

People were friendly and attentive but quality of the stay was not up to standards for the price of the nights. Had to switch us to another room which was a downgrade from the original reservation. Drainage stunk in the first room, second room there was no cold water. Hot tub didn’t work properly. Things that for the price of the stay should not be happening. Probably won’t be visiting again in the future. Would not recommend to anyone.

Staff good, Bar Great!!, Clean Room , dinner at restaurante took way too long and really needs to work on quality of the sides but steak was good for the price. Breakfast I wasnt able to get

From the minute we walked in we were impressed. The hotel is beautiful and definitely has that wow factor. The service was impeccable and everyone of the staff made us feel so welcomed. The breakfast buffet was INSANE. It had everything you would ever want. The pool was great, the rooms were very clean, and the beds were so comfy. I am definitely coming back soon. I can't say enough great things about this hotel. The only complaint would be that our sliding patio door would not lock.

Overall a nice property to stay at in Ensenada. Easy to park, safe, and clean. Can bounce from there to all of Ensenada’s attractions and food.

Room was spr clean, everything was well organized. Room smelled fresh and staff was amazing over all.

The restroom was dirty when we first got there, used and took a while to be cleaned. Pipe lines were not functioning, running water was dirty smelly and cold, room service terrible, one night they let us out and we got to come back to the front desk to reactivate the key and check the reason, really expensive for what they were offering. Pool was really cold. Not true with advertising.

Hotel and room were beautiful. Pool area is very nice. Weekend buffet was a little overpriced but had fresh fruit and made to order omelets. Had a nice massage in a small area off the gym. Staff was very accommodating. When we had little hot water to our room they immediately offered a new room. The pianist downstairs was stunning and some guests who were opera singers joined in for a spectacular impromptu performance. A great time all around. Try the steakhouse next door. You won’t be disappointed.
