Stayed one night due to power outage in my area. I only had a problem with the tub drainage it was not draining properly

Beautiful excellent stay

Property is super quiet. Staff is friendly but Other than that it’s boring. No pool, no complimentary breakfast. Hotel is pretty basic.

When we arrived they had a power outage due to a storm. We traveled from Virginia to Philadelphia and wanted to rest. We had to walk up 3 flights of stairs. That was extremely hard for my wife who has health issues. The entire stay we were unable to watch TV because of the outage. Housekeeping didn't come by our entire stay. When we checked out I asked about any compensation and I was told because we booked through a third party they couldn't do anything. She act as if we was bothering her when I asked her. She told me to contact Expedia to see if anything could be done. I will never return to that hotel. Poor customer service. Not that it was their fault they lost power. Your guest should be compensated in some way. Unexceptable

Everything was okay but the bathtub was backed up our entire stay.

Clean, friendly staff area was great. Wish they had breakfast included.

My room was not properly clean. It smelled like mildew. I called the front desk to ask for another room. They said they had no availability. The clerk came to my room and used an air freshener. It was a temporary fix but the smell lingered. Then I had to keep running back and forth to the front desk to pick up linens and toilet paper. And they did not serve breakfast and there was no pool as advertised.

Really enjoyed our check in experience and our stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted in a very professional and friendly matter. Check in was smooth and fast, and we were on our way. The gentleman at the service desk also took a short moment to discuss men’s mental health awareness, which I must say was AMAZING. Very brief and brought to light that men’s feelings matter. The room was clean, the bed was comfy. Would stay again!

Honestly, I’ve stated many hotels and we arrived at 10. We had done our check-in previously then headed to dinner when we came back and got ready for bed. We weren’t in the room for 30 minutes and the front desk staff knocked on the door stating that there were multiple complaints that we were being too loud, we have two babies And we’re settling them down for bed. Needless to say we didn’t stay the second night even though we paid for it

The accommodations were amazing. My problem was that in the morning they had coffee and an entire the room filled with items that you can purchase and nothing free for breakfast for the guest.
