Shower was rusted poor pressure and No HOT WATER . six story hotel with a broken elevator , toilet didn't flush , nothing in room , not even a cup . Paid almost 200 Canadian. Not impressed but the view and location on new years is what I paid for but I will never be back.

Yes the room was very clean.

The hotel rooms were clean NO FRIDGE OR MICROWAVE. there were RACCOONS at the pool about 10 attacking the food. They could have rabies. We went in at 9pm someone has thrown up on elevator we told front desk several times and she ignored. We put rug outside of elevator. The housekeeping was good and rooms clean. But the customer service front desk and those raccoons at pool were dangerous.

Check in was supposed to be at 3 was not given till one hour after. AC not working.

The toilet wasn’t working properly and nobody fix the problem

El hotel es tranquilo, lo que no me gusto es que no tiene estacionamiento propio uno se estaciona a un lado y tiene que estar atento uno a que cuando se desocupe rápido estacionarse, no me gusto un olor muy desagradable del baño de cerca de las albercas , en general el personal mantiene limpias las instalaciones pero ese olor desagradable no se podía ignorar, Lo otro que tampoco me gusto es que me pidieron el cuarto a las 11 cuando en su reglamento dice que máximo a las 12 se podía salir uno .

I decide to get this place because our flight left at night so it would only be to secure my luggage and wait until time I had to leave but we were not able to check in until after 4 one person was cleaning the whole place very old place expected low but not this low never again

My kids got stuck at the elevator, a traumatic day gor them

Wifi was not working… Hot water was not working … Door to balcony was barely staying shut and appeared to be broken before. Door to room did not have additional locks for security.

It was an excellent service

Was an old run down building and smelled like a bathroom. There was also a raccoon inside the lobby

El hotel esta en una buena area al lado de la playa pero esta en muy malas condiciones todo es viejo, muy mala higiene, la alberca también en malas condiciones, si mejoraran todo eso el el hotel seria perfecto

Urge mantenimiento y limpieza en area de alberca, mobiliario muy sucio, toallas rotas y se escuchan todos los ruidos de los huespedes
