the Bangladesh staff very bad.. very LcLy.. please teach him what is customer service.. the Bangladesh if him on praying please put a board said him praying..

It’s a nice experience and better than normal bunk beds. It was very clean and the staff was super friendly. The area was also pretty cool. Only thing is that the doors of the capsules and the sounds they make are pretty loud and that the TV was not working. But in total it was a very good stay!

Comfortable and the hostel's position is very strategic!

Capsule hotel in Chinatown KL, beautiful accommodation with a lot of beautiful photo spots in the theme of space. The accommodation is located near the LRT station, convenient to find food on Chinatown Road.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, smell good.

Location and services are good but washroom wasn’t clean, AC inside the pod wasn’t cooling well. The common area needs improvement.

The hotel is just very close to petaling street, lots of places to eat around. Double bed message turns out to be a private room not a shared room. The interior of the hotel is very unique with a space theme, costumes are provided to take pictures in the lobby area. Clean bathroom with hot water.

The rooms are nice, cute, the AC is also cold but too bad the water in the bathroom is very very small.

checked in with difficulties. hotel said they do not have capsules for males, only females. informed them that I have made payment and confirmed with agent, as during booking they have general ones and also females. they made me called agent after 15 minutes, I was about to leave the hotel, and the staff suddenly said that there is a last minute cancellation, and they can accommodate me. gave me a pod on 2nd floor and found out that the locker was broken. I am so tired that I would want to argue or go back to 3rd floor check in counter to complain, as all I need was a place to sleep and I have to work the next morning. stated this place so many times and cant believe this happened.

The room is amazingly clean and amazing.

Can reach the nearest station for 7 minutes walk. They need you to pay a deposit and will refund after you return the key card. The capsule is nice but the bed a little thin. They provide a medium towel, hairdryer & sandals. Nice 24h service, they upgraded my room free of charge and give facemask too. You still can keep your luggage and refill your bottle after checkout time.

what a nice concept. I stayed for 5 nights.. what a nice capsule, clean, has TV even I did't use it because mostly was Chinese channels. bathroom was clean with soap and shampoo. close to chinatown, central market, lrt, mrt and go kl Pasar seni.

It's very comfortable to be here. Children are happy with the concept of the hotel. To Petaling Street is only 3 minutes walk, there are many eating places and the hotel staff is very friendly.

I love this accommodation, friendly staff, clean capsule, location wise. Only setback, towels, too small. At least what they can do, if this is budget accommodation, charge a fee for bath towel, I am sure people will appreciate. Travellers normally don't carry towels when they travel.

Staff ok there is a coin laundry. near Chinatown JL Petaling. to Pasar Seni LRT 10-15 minutes from Jalan Capsule as usual (because I have). If you think it's cheap and needs a closed dorm or more privacy this is okay gpp, but if you don't need that privacy and want to mix using the usual much lower rate beds like PODS Backpacker in KL Sentral or Natalia Guesthouse in Chinatown too. The price of 3 nights here can be a week at Natalia Guesthouse Chinatown.
